Delete Your Account

This page is currently available in English only.

You can permanently delete your Sentino account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the web

  1. Go to your Profile page and sign in if prompted.
  2. Scroll to the Account section.
  3. Select Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

Delete from the mobile app

  1. Open the Sentino app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Dictionary entries, saved phrases, and flashcards
  • Chat history, text inputs, and language preferences
  • Usage history and feature activity
  • Referral data and your referral code

Active paid subscriptions are managed by the app store or payment provider that processed them. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges. Limited records may be retained where required by law (e.g., tax and payment records held by the payment processor).

Can't sign in?

If you are unable to access your account, email us at privacy@sentino.app from the address associated with your account and we will process the deletion on your behalf.
